The final episode delivered what the viewers had been waiting for throughout – Belly and Conrad (Christopher Briney) finally kissed. But will their romance continue? Thankfully, we don’t have long to wait to find out – here’s everything you need to know about how to watch The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2.

Who is in the cast of The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2?
Industry newcomer Lola Tung plays The Summer I Turned Pretty‘s lead role of 16-year-old Belly Conklin, who is… awkwardly adjusting to exiting her awkward stage. Completing the love triangle the show centers on are actors Christopher Briney and Gavin Casalegno, portraying the Fisher brothers, Conrad and Jeremiah, respectively.
Manifest‘s Sean Kaufman is Steven, Belly’s older brother; Jackie Chung plays Belly’s mother Laurel; and Rachel Blanchard portrays Susannah Fisher, Conrad and Jeremiah’s mother, the “glue” that holds both families together.
Other season 1 cast members expected to return are Alfredo Narciso as Cleveland Castillo, Colin Ferguson as John Conklin, Tom Everett Scott as Adam Fisher, David Iacono as Cam, and Rain Spencer as Taylor. It’s unclear whether Lilah Pate (Gigi), Kelsey Rose Healey (Dara), and Jocelyn Shelfo (Marisa) will reprise their roles in season 2 — but one beloved cast member from season 1 recently confirmed that they will not be returning.
Minnie Mills, who played Shayla, Steven’s love interest, posted a simultaneously heartbreaking and heartwarming goodbye to her character in an announcement post to Instagram on April 19. “First and foremost, I want to say thank you to Shayla,” wrote Minnie, posting photos of her time on the TSITP set. “Playing Shayla was such a privilege, she taught me so much and helped me grow not only as an actor, but as a person.” Minnie called her role on TSITP “a dream come true,” an opportunity to move the needle on Asian female representation on-screen. Shayla was Minnie’s first acting role.
